Do you ship worldwide?

Where do you ship from?

We have multiple shipping locations. Our main shipping hubs are in the United States and Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe will be denied. However, once you receive your order, you may return it for a full refund if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal Guest Checkout, as well as direct PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days from the order date.

  • Orders are shipped the next business day after processing.

  • Expect potential delays during holidays and sale seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, shipping times vary based on location. On average, orders arrive within 1-3 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US dollars. However, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by us.
